WHAT IS A COLLECTION KIT?

Your sample collection kit will include everything you need to collect your sample quickly and easily at home. All you need to do is lightly swab two sites (1) the inside of your nose and (2) the back of your throat. We will provide clear instructions for each site to guide you.

CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I DON’T HAVE THE SNIFFLES?

This product is for people who have either a stuffy nose or cold or flu symptoms (which may not include a stuffy nose). If you have a chronic stuffy nose, you can still participate. Just sample once and answer the survey once.

WHEN DO I COLLECT MY SAMPLE?

It’s time to collect your sample...

  • When your nose is stuffed up or runny
  • Or if you have at least two of the following cold or flu symptoms:
    • Sore throat
    • Cough
    • Fever
